The GPS module makes it possible to monitor consignments constantly and boosts the level of service provided to customers. If required, customers can also monitor the status of a consignment themselves. In this case they are given a unique log-in code, which grants them access to the track and trace system of Har Vaessen Transport BV and ensures that they need no longer lose sight of their goods for a moment. In addition, using the same log-in code allows customers to request CMRs themselves.

The GPRS module helps to improve service further. Thanks to this technology, for example, it is possible to report any damage immediately or to obtain a clearer picture of the flow of packing materials. Har Vaessen Transport BV has deliberately opted for data communication (GPRS) to eliminate any misunderstanding affecting communication.
